Looking After Employees

Hostmore is fully committed to looking after the health and wellbeing of all employees. From our ‘Fridays Family’ to each new member who joins our team, we always aim to provide a welcoming and fun environment for employees across our business and our brands.

Investing in Employees

We believe investing in our people is the key to our success. We provide opportunities for learning and promotion and commit time and resource to talent development and training, with front-line team member training and re-certification performed each year. We have introduced the structured development of progressive skills via nationally recognised apprenticeship qualifications and provide full technical training and workshops, where appropriate

We ensure our employees are equipped with the right tools and resources. Our digital transformation has provided improved online HR tools and standardised systems – including an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, a central online diary and reservations facility, a new online reporting system and tools for tracking and delivering workforce training.

We offer varied training programmes, and, in 2021, we relaunched the Fridays Apprenticeship Scheme, ‘Leading the Way’. We aim to introduce a comprehensive programme of skill development that will align with a structured career pathway.
