Our Communities
Our brands are all about our people – from employees and customers, to the communities in which we operate.
We are committed to treating all stakeholders with fairness and respect, and wherever possible, to making a positive impact on their lives.
We are always considering new ways to engage with our communities and our customers – get in touch with us if you are interested in partnering with us or one of our brands.
Our People
Hostmore commits time and resource to training employees and developing talent.
Hostmore is committed to having a diverse and inclusive team and providing equal opportunities to all team members. We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, culture, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or age. Community Engagement
From supporting local initiatives and national charities to sponsoring new partnerships, we are proud of our brands’ engagement with their communities.
For our ‘TGI Fridays x Women's Football Partnerships 2021’, TGI Fridays partnered with the Women’s Football Clubs of Southampton, Birmingham City, Everton, Rangers and Hashtag United, to positively campaign and raise awareness of women in sport as well as the growth of the women’s game in football. TGI Fridays continues to sponsor Rangers and Hashtag United.
Fridays currently supports the Make A Wish Foundation and Pride in London.
Nutrition
We recognise our responsibility to help customers enjoy a balanced diet and drink responsibly.
TGI Fridays
At TGI Fridays, we have significantly improved the nutritional value and quality of our food and drink offerings to meet high regulatory standards, and offer appealing and affordable choices.
In 2020, TGI Fridays redeveloped its nutrition policy, reviewing its menu using the National Food Strategy and other Government initiatives. A re-engineered menu was introduced including changes, such as a reduction of sugar, salt and saturated fat content, and the use of healthier cooking methods (such as using high oleic vegetable and rapeseed oil with saturated fats content reduced from 24g to 7g per 100g). TGI Fridays also re-aligned its children’s menu to create a more balanced and nutritious food offering and to provide broader, healthier choices for young diners.
