  • Established in 2021 to provide a platform for the development of hospitality brands under the leadership of an experienced management team that has a track record of building businesses in the hospitality and leisure sectors

  • Listed on the FTSE Main Market November 2021 after demerging from Electra Private Equity plc

  • Identified and implemented new 4D strategy in 2019 to expand omni-channel offering, reinvigorate the group and provide customers with an improved TGI Fridays’ experience

  • Diversified & well-balanced estate portfolio of 89 sites around the UK, including 2022 launch of new Fridays And Go – the world’s first TGI Fridays’ quick service restaurant
